If the captain determines that weather or sea conditions are unsafe for boating, we will:
Reschedule your charter to another available date at no additional cost
Receive a complete refund if rescheduling is not possible
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our booking platform.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Credit card processing fees may be non-refundable depending on the payment provider.
