Detailed Policy

Free Cancellation (72+ Hours)

  • Full refund if you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or more before your scheduled departure
  • Refund processed within 3-5 business days to original payment method
  • No questions asked - we understand plans change
  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing (email or through our platform)

Partial Refund (24-72 Hours)

  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the trip
  • Helps cover operational costs and lost booking opportunities
  • Refund processed within 3-5 business days
  • Written cancellation notice required

No Refund (Under 24 Hours)

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure
  • No refund for no-shows or failure to arrive on time
  • Captain and crew have already been scheduled and prepared
  • Fuel and other resources have been allocated

Weather Cancellation Policy

Your Safety is Our Priority

If the captain determines that weather or sea conditions are unsafe for boating, we will:

Option 1: Reschedule

Reschedule your charter to another available date at no additional cost

Option 2: Full Refund

Receive a complete refund if rescheduling is not possible

Weather Conditions That May Affect Your Trip:

  • Thunderstorms or lightning in the area
  • High winds (typically over 25 mph sustained)
  • Rough seas or dangerous wave conditions
  • Dense fog reducing visibility
  • Any condition deemed unsafe by our experienced captain

Rescheduling Your Trip

Free Rescheduling

  • One free rescheduling allowed if done 48+ hours before departure
  • Subject to availability on your preferred new date
  • No additional fees for rescheduling within the same package type
  • Weather-related rescheduling is always free regardless of timing

Rescheduling Fees

  • $50 fee for rescheduling within 48 hours of departure (non-weather related)
  • Additional fees may apply if upgrading to a longer package
  • Downgrading to a shorter package will result in a partial refund

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our booking platform.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Credit Card Fees

Credit card processing fees may be non-refundable depending on the payment provider.
